A Landscape Forms Case Study: Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC)

20_Raised Planter Seat Walls on a Curve.JPG

RCBC Quad Transformation is featured as a case study by Landscape Forms.  Driven by the institution’s planned transformation from a two-year commuter college to a four-year college, RCBC’s new quad gives students a “sense of community” and a feeling of a “home away from home”. This outdoor environment was achieved by creating a variety of outdoor gathering spaces with multiple seating options, sweeping walkways that form new connections to surrounding buildings, garden plantings, and an expansive lawn space for events and active play.  All spaces are accessorized by site furnishings and new light fixtures, giving students places to socialize, study, or sit quietly.  To read more about this exciting project click here.
