Matthew Nelson, RLA
Project Designer

Matt joined our firm in 2016 and brings with him over six years of professional design experience. Since joining Sikora Wells Appel, Matt has worked primarily in the education and healthcare side of the firm, completing designs for Villanova University and Rowan College at Burlington County, as well as the Inspira Hospital campus in Glassboro, New Jersey. He believes in a collaborative process in seeking creative solutions to complex design challenges and aims to design unique spaces guided by the ecology and history of the enveloping landscape. Prior to joining Sikora Wells Appel, Matt worked on the design of Chanticleer's Elevated Walkway and Longwood Gardens' Meadow Garden, as well as a variety of high-end residences on Philadelphia's Main Line and Chester County.  Matt is a graduate of Temple University's Landscape Architecture program and is a registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania.
